 Beautiful Self-Catering
Country Barn Conversion

ABOUT

Welcome to our beautiful, coach-house conversion style, holiday home. Completed in summer 2018 to a very high standard by my husband and his team at Oakside Developments, we look forward to offering you a unique and memorable stay in our idyllic setting. The stunning double-height living room provides a movie room screen and cosy wood burning stove.  Upstairs, the large mezzanine level is home to a pool table and the gable-end feature window provides stunning views towards Edinburgh and the Lothians. Our large airy garden room provides a lovely relaxing space overlooking the private chipped garden area. The two spacious bedrooms have luxury Super King beds which can be changed into two Queen singles if required, whilst a comfortable daybed on the mezzanine level means the cottage provides sleeping for up to 6 people. Accessed from the B914 via a farm track, the cottage is set within our small, private horse livery yard, with 23 acres.  Surrounded by beautiful Kingdom of Fife contryside, it provides a tranquil setting for a peaceful retreat but within easy access to central Scotland.  Edinburgh, Perth and Stirling are all within approximately 30 minutes drive and the beautiful fishing villages and award winning beaches along the Fife costal path are also easily accessable.  In little over an hour you can enter the Scottish Highlands which makes this a perfect base from which to explore our beautiful country.  Closer to home, the historic capital city of Dunfermline is our nearest town at only 4 miles away and 10 minutes by car, provides a range of  shops, restaurants, gyms, bingo, a cinema and a railway station.
